Collection and Delivery
At Laxey Cattery, we appreciate that many of our customers travel a long way to use our services, which is why we offer complete understanding of short delays on arrival. Although we strive to be flexible, delays may cause problems, so please be expecting to return the next day. As an alternative to travelling to and from our cattery, we offer a comprehensive collection and delivery service, which is charged at a standard rate of £15.00. Illness and Vaccinations
On the rare occurrence that a cat becomes ill during its stay, we will immediately contact your vet to seek advice. If your vet is unavailable, we will get in touch with our vet for expert guidance. All cats boarding at our location must be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu, and we will need to view up-to-date vaccination certificates upon each visit. Our team are happy to administer tablets for cats that are on medication, although we do not carry out injections.
Additional Pricing Information
Boarding fees are calculated at a daily rate, and the chalet will be available for your cats from opening time on the day of arrival to closing time on the day of departure. Our prices are based on expenses, such as the cost of taking care of your cat or cats. This includes the top-quality cat food that we supply as standard. Alternatively, we will provide the cat food of your choice.
Unlike the majority of catteries, we do not charge extra for bank holidays, and insurance provided by Petplan™ comes as standard. There is no additional fee for insurance, or for heating, while all love and attention also comes free.
